Viszario Gullini is a contemporary modernist whose work stands at the intersection of history, identity, and liberation. Born in Ohio and shaped by a deeply multicultural lineage, Gullini transforms abstraction into a language of freedom — a visual declaration that identity cannot be confined.

His artistic journey began at the age of seven, experimenting with watercolor under the encouragement of his father. What started as curiosity evolved into a relentless exploration of texture, geometry, and color — a search for how organic emotion can live inside structured form.

But Gullini’s work is not merely aesthetic — it is ancestral.

Carrying West African, Native American, West Indian, and American heritage, and tracing lineage back to ancestors who escaped slavery, built businesses, and operated within the Underground Railroad, Gullini paints with an inherited awareness of resilience and self-determination. His art becomes a continuation of that story — a modern reinterpretation of survival, evolution, and sovereignty.

In select rare pieces, he incorporates handwritten text — not as decoration, but as declaration.
